Besides, the age of consent / adulthood changes not just between countries, but within as well. Take the god-forsaken country where I live, and the state. I live in California with an age of consent of 18. If I drive 65 miles east, I'm in Nevada where the age of consent is 16. In the UK, 16 is the age where you're considered an adult. Can 17 year olds in the UK not view mature artwork 'cos they're not 18 yet?
